All clubs offer training on a pay-as-you-go basis at a fee of just £3 per 1 hour session.

All students train for £1.50 on their 1st session Students are insured by the National Governing Body for a period of 4 weeks, after which, a license must be purchased – ask your instructor for details.

No pre-booking is required, simply turn up on the night!

New students are advised to wear comfortable sports clothing and to bring a drink.
